UTILITY PANTS

The frustrating thing about trends is when you feel like you really invested in a staple like skinny pants, and then all the sudden they feel passé. But these big shifts are an opportunity to give away anything ill-fitting or that you haven’t worn, as well as some inspiration for thrifting fresh replacements. Focusing on a versatile style, like the utility pant, will give you peace of mind that you’re not giving in to every fleeting trend. Try a baggier version for a true Y2K vibe, a proper painter cut for a sporty feel, and you can dress up any of these options by styling with a cottagecore top or boots [or both] for a western feel. Try adding our coco collar to a basic button down!

My cargos are from Poshmark, teal painter pants from Backbeat Co.
